At WebDesignix, we aim to deliver high-quality website design, development, and digital services tailored to each client’s requirements. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Service-Based Projects (Website Design & Development)
All our services are customized and initiated only after detailed discussions and approvals.
Cancellation Policy
- Project cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
- If the project is cancelled before work has started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and consultation charges.
- If the project is cancelled after work has started, no refund will be issued, as time, resources, and planning are already invested.
Refund Policy
- Payments made for website design, development, redesign, maintenance, or any custom service are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
- Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by:
- Late content delivery from the client
- Change in project scope
- Third-party services (hosting, plugins, APIs, tools)
2. Milestone & Advance Payments
- All advance or milestone payments are non-refundable.
- Once a milestone is approved and delivered, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
- Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
3. Digital Products (Templates, Designs, Assets)
Digital products include downloadable items such as:
- Website templates
- UI/UX designs
- Graphics, banners, or other digital files
Digital Product Policy
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
- No cancellations, returns, or refunds are allowed once the product is delivered or downloaded.
- If a file is found to be corrupted or inaccessible, we will provide a replacement file only.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Completed or partially completed services
- Digital products once delivered
- Domain, hosting, SSL, third-party licenses, or plugin costs
- Delays caused by client-side approvals or revisions
5. Exceptional Cases
In rare cases, refunds may be considered solely at the discretion of WebDesignix if:
- The service was not delivered at all
- A technical issue occurred directly from our end
Any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
